Doctor Franklin Chang’s Laboratory in Liberia, Guanacaste has become a nursery for scientists. Over 3,000 students from Schools and Colleges have visited since its opening in 2006. Of those, over 70 students from Universities and Technical Colleges have done internships. The Ad Astra Rocket Laboratories, a creation of Dr. Chang’s, investigates aerospace technologies and renewable energies.
